Employee Sexual Harassment & Discrimination Prevention

This lesson is designed to be taken by all general employees at your dealership who do not have management responsibilities. Harassment and discrimination can occur anywhere, but it is most likely to continue in environments where coworkers who observe it do nothing to discourage it. Maintaining a respectful work environment is not just management’s job – it’s everyone’s responsibility. Even if you’re not the victim of discrimination or harassment, when you observe these behaviors you have the opportunity to say something or do something, and thus be part of the solution rather than the problem.
