About Us: Mosaic Compliance Services was founded in 2006 by attorneys with decades of experience in the retail automotive industry. Family-owned and operated, our web-based legal compliance training has received the Dealers’ Choice Diamond Award eight years in a row, most recently in 2023.

Today, we help dealers maintain a culture of compliance by providing training, policies, certifications, safeguards, audits, and other services to over one hundred thousand dealership employees across the country each year. In everything we do, Mosaic aims to help employees understand their role-specific legal responsibilities and better protect dealers from litigation.

As we've grown, so have the causes we care about. Each charity we support carries a special place in the hearts of our team members and clients. We are very proud to actively support a wide variety of local and international charities. From feeding our neighbors in need at Faith Cafe every week to supporting cancer-curing research to grilling for a cure for Friedreich's Ataxia, we're passionate about each of the causes we support. Together, we believe can make an impact on those who need it the most.
