Credit Applications
As a part of your job responsibility at the dealership, you may be asked to provide a blank credit application to customers for them to fill out, assist a customer with questions about credit applications, or fill out a credit application based on information provided to you by the customer. In this lesson, you will gain an understanding of gross income, net income, how to calculate a customer's monthly and annual income, and the rules regarding acceptable proofs of income, and customer signature. You will also be presented with examples of common examples of fraud and learn how to be alert and aware of the potential for fraudulent activity.
