Manager Sexual Harassment & Discrimination Prevention
This lesson is designed for employees who have management responsibility at your dealership. It includes all the information your other employees receive in the employee version of this lesson but includes additional information for managers since they have additional responsibilities and obligations when it comes to harassment and discrimination at the dealership. Dealerships are strictly liable for harassment of an employee by an owner or high-level manager. This means if the General Manager, for example, harasses a dealership employee, even without the knowledge of the owner, the dealership itself is legally responsible for the harassment.
