Lesson Description
Conditional (or “spot”) delivery is a situation when a vehicle is delivered with one or more conditions that must be satisfied for the delivery to become final. This typically occurs when financing has not been obtained for the deal. In your role at the dealership, you need to be sure that a customer has acknowledged that the delivery is being made as a convenience to the customer and that the sale transaction only becomes final upon the satisfaction of the outstanding condition or conditions.
