Lesson Description
The language used in F&I carries precise and specialized meaning, meaning the average customer may not fully understand. To misuse those words can lead to confusion and, possibly, lawsuits. The place where the most specialized words are found is in the F&I menu. This is not to say you should be intimidated by the F&I menu, but rather, it must be used with care. This lesson is designed to teach F&I professionals important terminology common in F&I menus that must be used properly during presentations to customers.
